Harder than words!

I am the main cook in the house. I have two children one who is five and likes to help and one who is 13 weeks who needs help. Eating around my 13 week old's schedule makes it quite complicated to eat right, or at least better. I still have exercise, right! Wrong! I broke my foot. I ask myself secretly...is it because I fat? Did my weight break my foot, and the plug to that tub was added friction, or was it just the fact that the friction was too much for my foot too handle? My husband has a fast metabolism or maybe the fact he doesn't eat hardly anything and that he works digging ditches has something to do with his thinness. He is very supportive and I couldn't ask for a better man in my life. I spent all last week eating a salad for lunch, and analyzing my eating habits. I didn't lose and didn't gain. I eat like my daughter. She eats to stay awake. I think I do the same, but sometimes I think if I didn't eat I would be asleep at 6pm. I might try chewing gum. I will let you know how that goes.
